The Tree of Life: Telling kinder stories about ourselves
As human beings, we tell stories to understand our world and ourselves. And sometimes, the stories we tell about ourselves are not particularly kind or helpful.
This two-hour workshop begins with some gentle, pilates-based movement. It flows into breathwork, meditation, and then a story-telling exercise called “
The Tree of Life” where we practice telling a kinder story about where we come from and who we hope to be. Bring
clothes that are easy to move in water

What participants said:
Thank you Rudi for creating a safe space to tap into deeper, sacred work. Community has never felt so needed to help us all return home — home to ourselves.
I am feeling “whole”, calm, and looking forward to the future. I want to explore meditation and movement more.
Thank you for your gentle encouragement. Thank you for providing a safe space. Thank you for guiding me to a place of comfort and acceptance about who I am.
I thoroughly enjoyed every activity.
One thing I will take away from today: to keep bettering and believing in myself. And what I can give to others.
Everyone has a story and is on their own journey.
[…] The stories we tell ourselves aren’t always kind or helpful and sometimes we need to rewrite the book. We already have what we need within ourselves to do this.
This workshop is good for anyone that has had struggles in their life.
One thing I will take away from today: learning more about myself and there is hope and light at the end of the tunnel.
Wonderful workshop. Enjoyed it very much. Thank you so much.
Highlights: quiet space, the guidance to think through relationships, to reflect on strengths.
Helpful for: anyone who wants to reflect on their journey; anyone who wants to think through their story.
One thing I will take away from today: more determination to change my inner narratives.
Thank you for a gentle space to think about relationships.
